All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
STOCK
We only sell American Fish Attractor & Habitat, LLC brand new products, not used items.
Most products are carried in stock and can be dispatched quickly. Items which are not onsite can take longer to be ready for dispatch. We will try to keep you informed of the progress of your order. When an item is pre-ordered and money is taken for that item (as we utilize Credit Card and PayPal payment options, this is standard procedure), an expected shipping date will be communicated explicitly with the customer prior to purchase.
SENDING THE ORDER
Find the item you want to buy, add it to your cart and pay for it. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been accepted; this email will tell you that you're due to receive a second email when we dispatch your order.
SECURE WEB ORDERING AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THROUGH PAYPAL & Authorize.net
We use PayPal & Authorize.net to process our transactions. They're reliable, secure and you don't need an account in order to use the service.
CANCELLATIONS
If you want to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. It may be that your order will already have been dispatched and we are unable to recall it. We cannot guarantee to cancel items from an order. The only opportunity we have to cancel is when waiting for product that is out of stock. Cancellation requests must be logged via our support area, quoting your order number.
GUARANTEES AND RETURNS
All items are guaranteed to be brand new and should reach you in perfect condition. American Fish Attractors and Habitats come with a life time warranty. You pay for all shipping fees and we will repair or replace any portion of your product.
PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, address, contact information, credit card information and other pertinent information required to complete the Purchase.
Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by American Fish Attractor & Habitat, LLC.
